Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LightSign Display handles personal information when you browse our website, create an account, apply for wholesale access, request a quotation, place an order, or contact our team. It also covers information supplied by people acting for a business.
1. Who to contact
LightSign Display is the business operating this website. Our public website describes our business as an Indonesia-based manufacturer of display frames and related products. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected], call +62 857 1763 9206, or use our Contact Us page. Please identify the account or transaction concerned, but do not send passwords or verification codes.
2. Information we collect
- Accounts and verification: username, email, password in protected form, email-verification records, login and security information, and account and wholesale statuses. Registration verification codes are valid for 10 minutes, are checked against a stored hash, and are subject to limits on sending and incorrect attempts.
- Business applications: contact names, company, phone, website, business address and country, business type, registration or tax number, referral information, and business or tax documents you submit. We retain application submissions, review decisions, reasons, and staff handling records.
- Orders and quotations: products, quantities, saved billing and shipping addresses, shipping requests and quotes, order notes, transaction references, payment status, invoices and communications about delivery or after-sales support.
- Communications: information entered in our contact forms, email, and customer-service conversations, including attachments you send by email and the shopping or order context used to help you. The website chat records text messages; private business documents should be submitted through the wholesale application form.
- Website activity: IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, request and error logs, and information about referrals and shopping activity collected by the features described below.
Required fields are identified where information is requested. Without the relevant information, we may be unable to verify an account, review an application, calculate shipping, fulfil an order or answer a request. Supply accurate information and only share another person’s information when you are entitled to do so.
3. Why we use information
We use information to run and secure accounts, verify email ownership, assess wholesale eligibility, maintain business relationships, respond to enquiries, prepare shipping quotations, process payments and orders, arrange delivery, handle complaints, prevent misuse, and maintain necessary business records. Where enabled, measurement tools help us understand how visitors find and use the store.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities may be necessary to take requested steps before a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations, or protect legitimate interests in secure operations, fraud prevention and customer service. Where an activity requires consent, the relevant consent rules apply; withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
4. Wholesale documents and review history
Business and tax documents support the review and administration of wholesale eligibility. They are stored privately rather than published as ordinary website media. Document access requires authorization separate from routine customer-service access, and document views and downloads are recorded with the acting person and time. You can access your own submitted documents through the account features provided.
Only submit documents relevant to your application. Avoid unrelated personal details, full payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive information. Previous submissions and review records may remain available to authorized staff when you correct or resubmit an application. A rejection, a suspension, or closing the page does not automatically erase those records. You may contact us to request correction or deletion; the handling of that request is explained below.
5. Optional sign-in providers
If you choose an available Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in option, the provider authenticates you and may share its account identifier, your name and an email address, as permitted through that provider. Apple may supply a relay email address. We use the provider identity to associate the login with your account and may ask you to complete business contact details or verify email ownership. An email matching an existing account is not, by itself, permission to merge the accounts.
The provider also processes information under its own notices and settings. See Google Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy and Sign in with Apple & Privacy. Local email-and-password login remains a separate option. Availability of a provider can vary.
6. Customer service and AI assistance
Our customer-service system supports human staff and optional AI assistance. When AI assistance is enabled, the current question, a limited selection of earlier customer messages, and relevant page and public product information may be sent to the configured AI service provider to prepare a reply. Our team can also receive email notifications containing your contact details and service messages. AI replies may be incomplete or mistaken; you can request help from our staff. Wholesale decisions are made through the review process, and an AI reply does not itself approve an application or create a sales commitment.
Use the dedicated wholesale application form for private business documents. Do not put passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information into chat. Staff may retain internal service or review notes separately from messages and reasons shown to you.
7. Payments and service providers
When offered for your order, payment services such as PayPal and Payoneer process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices. We receive the transaction and order information needed to reconcile and support your payment. Review the PayPal Privacy Statement and Payoneer Privacy Policy, including the version applicable to your location or service.
The Payoneer integration can use Google Analytics for payment-service measurement when its separate analytics setting is enabled in live mode. These events can include order value, currency, billing country and page information. That setting is separate from this website’s Cookie choices panel.
8. Cookies, browser storage and measurement
Cookies and browser storage support login sessions, security, shopping carts, service conversations, form drafts and your preferences. These functions remain available when optional tracking is rejected. Blocking necessary cookies in your browser may affect those functions. Some information remains in your browser until it expires or is cleared.
The optional measurement and marketing integrations covered by our Cookie choices panel are disabled by default until you make the corresponding choice. The Cookie choices panel allows you to accept or reject optional tools, or manage Analytics and Marketing separately. You can reopen Cookie choices here to change or withdraw your choice. Your selection is remembered in this browser; clearing cookies or using a different browser or device may require a new selection. Changing a selection refreshes the current page so that the updated choice takes effect.
Analytics includes WooCommerce order attribution, which can record referral and campaign information associated with shopping activity. Cookie choices also covers the site’s known marketing integrations for Reddit, Snapchat and TikTok when those services are configured. When you allow the relevant category, these tools may process identifiers, referral details, pages or products viewed, and shopping or purchase events. Providers may associate those events with information they already hold. See the Reddit Privacy Policy, Snap Privacy Policy and TikTok Privacy Policy, including applicable regional versions.
Withdrawing an optional choice stops the corresponding optional integrations from being enabled on subsequent page loads and clears known associated cookies that this site can remove. It cannot erase information already received by a provider or cookies outside this site’s control. You can also use browser and provider privacy controls, and contact us about a privacy request. Browsing this site is not treated as consent to optional analytics or advertising.
9. International processing
We serve customers internationally, and information may be processed in countries other than where you live through our operations and service providers. Requirements for such transfers depend on the services and laws involved. You may contact us for information about relevant processing locations and any transfer safeguards applicable to your information.
10. Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose: maintaining an active account or business relationship, reviewing applications, servicing an order, keeping required tax or accounting records, responding to disputes, and protecting the service. Business-document retention is considered in light of its continuing review or compliance need. Application records are not subject to a single automatic deletion period. You may request information about the retention of a particular record.
We use access restrictions and other technical measures appropriate to the website functions. No website, email or storage system is free from all risk. Keep your login details secure and contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.
11. Your choices and requests
You can update available account and address details through My Account. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain uses of your information, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
Send requests to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. A deletion request may be subject to records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, a dispute or another lawful purpose. Requesting deletion does not automatically cancel an order or settle an outstanding payment. We will explain the outcome as required by applicable law.
12. Children and policy changes
This website is intended for business customers and people authorized to act for them, rather than children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate authority, please contact us.
We may update this notice as our practices change. The date above identifies this version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change in how information is used. Please contact our team if you have a question about this notice or how it applies to your business enquiry.
